Fix #35 Delete JSON parsing code

As invalid JSON arrays are handled as shell syntax instead,
practically anything is valid for instructions that take either a
JSON array or shell syntax. Thus, we shouldn't try to validate JSON
arrays as it could be valid shell syntax.
