Add Electron support and build tasks

Change Browserslist targets to electron as main environment.
Renamed build dir from `public` to `build` and updated in ignore files.
Added electron-builder configuration and tasks.
Added electron entry point file.
Added task to copy entry point from `src/` to `build/`.
