DbicAppCombo2: Added fail-safe max rows (temp)

This module is going to be refacted very shortly... In the meantime,
added a fail-safe to 500 max rows (this fail-safe already exists in
DbicLink2 ecosystem and will be redundant once DbicAppCombo2 is brought
properly into the fold)
