WIP #26 Validate missing and single arguments with new parser

Updated the code so that validation of any instruction with no
arguments is performed with the help of the new parser.

FROM, USER, and VOLUME, three instructions that can only take a
single argument, have also been rewritten to use the new parser's
APIs.
