Commit Message

Add mechanism to common_service to extend log information by custom fields.

This is done using a context manager, so any log message within a
   with service.extend_log(key, value):
     (..)
block will contain an extra field 'key' with value 'value'.
The field and value is also passed to and logged by the default exception handler.
