Commit Message

Return an iso8601 format datetime rather than the datetime object.

This is because the value is consumed by the api and sent to the client and we don't want to send datetime objects formatted as "Mon, 08 May 2017 00:00:00 GMT" but rather the short version of "2017-05-08T00:00:00" instead.
