Enhance output and return handling of openvswitch calls (#822)

This change adds a new exported dbus method to the
os-autoinst-openvswitch that allows to show informations about the
openvswitch state after the setup made by os-autoinst, allowing to
collect information on the node configuration during tests.

Enhance also the set_vlan dbus method to return exit codes from ovs
calls, and report them in the os-autoinst logs.
