Add call-hierarchy, strip .hbs extension from partial and template names

- The call-hierarchy of templates and partials is no part of the doc-engine
- The augmented partials (caller, callee, comment) are included in the
  doc-engine
- The file-extension of partial-files (.hbs or .handlebars) is, like
  in the real engine, removed from the name when it is used as key
  in the partials- or templates-object.
