Make code compatible with both Plone4 and Plone5 (#13)

* Use latest Plone 5.0.x

* Updated code to work on plone 5.0.x

* Make tests run on plone 4.3.x as well as on plone 5.0.x

* Make demo helper view work with p.a.contenttypes as well as ATCT

* Import from correct place'

* notify Cancelled to avoid locking generated page or so

* DemoHelperView was renamed to BaseDemoHelperView

* Configure builds to run on Travis for Plone4, 5.0 and 5.1

* Use 2 profiles to work for plone4 and plone5

* Use cache on Travis

* Fix setuptools and zc.buildout versions

* Use an existing fontello icon for the control panel icon

* Use base/install-base as names for common profile like it is the case in the example.p4p5 package for coherence

* Moved common to base

* Try to make use of cache successful
