Allow ordering DC assets by location (#3085)

* Allow ordering DC assets by location

Since location is a complex field Ralph will order assets
by their datacenter, server room, rack, position and slot
in the specified order if those attributes are available.

* Pin version of isort to 4.2.5

* Catch up on the review feedback
