Add a --no-clear[-console] flag to disable clearing the console

Replaced 'middleware' and 'test' flags in WebpackStatusPlugin options with
'disableClearConsole` (disable console clearing) and 'quiet' (disable all
logging) flags.

Renamed 'message' in WebpackStatusPlugin options to 'successMessage'
