Added NestedIteratorIterator to support rendering nested collections in StructuredData.
Added Split and KeyValuePair Converters.
Changed DualConverter and ConversionChain to convert mixed data types instead of just strings.
Changed DualConverter to recurse nested collections instead of just top level collections.
Fixed DataFactory to stop wrapping Data objects in another Data object.
