Commit Message

Added final support for authorization_code flow! You can now visit
/oauth/authorize, which brings unauthenticated users to a login page
hosted by Tokamak. After supplying credentials, users will be asked to
authorize the application (client). After authorization, the user is
redirected to the callback url with an auth_code. This code can then be
used in the /oauth/tokens endpoint to exchange the authorization code
for an access & refresh token.
