* upgrade all packages except webpack and webpack-dev-server

* upgrade to webpack 2

* upgrade to latest SDK

* downgrade reselect to 2.5.4 due to architectural problems

* downgrade gulp-mocha back to 3.0.1 becuase gulp-istanbul is not compatible with it
