Commit Message

Rename SQL Alchemy Database Adaper.

This changes the class name from SQLAlchemyDatabaseAdapter
to SQLStorageAdapter. This change is becase we abstract the inner
workings of the SQL adapter and the user never really needs to
know what library is being used internally.
