singlevm: Make Fedora and Clear images and workload optional.

This commit changes the default behaviour of setup.sh.  Previously, it
downloaded 3 VM images and created 3 VM based workloads.  Now it only downloads
one image (Ubuntu 16.04) and creates a single workload by default.  A new option
has been added to setup.sh, -a, which if specified, will cause setup.sh to
download the Clear and Fedora images and create the respective workloads.
