Update the to_solr method default attribute for clarity

For me, the double curly braces, i.e. "{}", are cleaner than Hash.new.
And parentheses around the arguments make it even easier to understand.
The motto, as always, is protect future me from present (past?) me.
And of course, from Skynet.
