Properly upgrade ember-cli-qunit 🦋

Appeared that tests where hanging because we did not call `start()` in `tests/test-helper.js` ☺️. Issue traced down to https://github.com/ember-cli/ember-cli-qunit/issues/184 as well as the `ember-cli-qunit` documentation. Fixed now!
