Add biographical details from Nesta.

Nesta has [published open data](http://www.nesta.org.uk/blog/open-data-set-who-are-2017-general-elections-candidates) on the backgrounds of many candidates.

I have written a script to match these with YNR IDs, and [uploaded the results to Google Drive](https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/19_o6rm6sfrkO-C4PPZXSDl2bCWjdCJ8a7lbG4vz4JbM/edit#gid=1658209649).

This adds an import script for the combined file, and displays the results as a new card. The card is only displayed if more than one piece of biographical information is available. It does not display all available fields: only date of birth, place of birth, school, undergrad university and degree subject, postgrad university and degree subject, and last job.

It does not overwrite date of birth or gender if already available from YNR, but it imports them if they do not exist.
