Feature 417/integration test for bible and obs (#36)

* Added integration test. TestConversions - can now extract latest commit from repo commit page.

* TestConversions - now creates psuedo webhook data and call webhook client.

* TestConversions - added polling of build_log until conversion is complete or timeout.  Added checking of Travis environment variables.

* TestConversions - clears out the preconvert zip and the cdn folder before testing.  Added checking of preconvert zip out output files after conversion.
integration_test.sh - shell script for running Python integration tests.

* TestConversions - added more test cases.  Changed to check job database for job status. Added timeout for job start.

* TestConversions - added more validation of job data displays the preconvert file on error.

* TestConversions - changed tests cases to start with git url.  Added retry after delay if deploy hasn't completed

* TestConversions - Fix for test naming.
