Feature 71: Add Source Download Button to page (#558)

* updated bible and obs layouts to have a download button.
project-page.js - changed build_log.json to save preconvert source. Added getDownloadUrl() method which checks if preconvert source was found and returns it. Otherwise it generates it from commit id.

* Added Jasmine test framework for Javascript and added tests for getDownloadUrl().

* getDownloadUrl() - removed default parameter that is not supported in old browsers.

* Merged in unit tests for status badges test-badges.js().

* test-badges.js - added dynamic generation of test cases.
setOverallConversionStatus - fix to not set global variable.

* test-badges.js - improved test cases.

* added saveDownloadLink() - to generate download url
test-download.js - added more test cases.

* test_download.js & project-page.js - changed obs to use preconvert zip.

* Removed Jasmine library from git.

* Moved download button.
