Remove argument test for parallel

presage.parallel will accept an iterable or an object. In JS, many types are considered 'objects', and parallel should do the correct thing with them. Testing the `tasks` argument type gets in the way of this.

Users will have to be careful when using presage.parallel, and RTFM. 🤓
