sql: Convert 32 tests to sql-tap, fix test driver

- Convert 32 tests from sqlite-tcl/ suite into sql-tap.

- Fix sqltester result comparison: problem with "null" values in lua arrays.
  Null (nil) values are just not stored in lua arrays. Nil value at the end of
  the array is ommitted. To set null value (sql compatible) to lua array need
  to use "msgpack.NULL" value. (see join.test.lua).

- Increase max_tuple_size to enable bigrow1.test.
