Merge Kiwi v0.1.0 into master (#80)

- Add a suggestion popup with objects name when typing into a box.
- New model Validator.
- Add a scheduler and make the objects pipe, delay and metro.
- Fix some collaboration relative bugs.
- PortAudio tests removed.
- Remove Multicast service provider and explorer.
- Add cpr, json and readerwriterqueue dependencies
