Merge from gr4y/cleanup

* cleanup: (41 commits)
  moved that time_range code over to an helper method, so it's easier to switch from cookies to params without much change in dashboard.rb
  readded the activity stub to dashboard.rb and some informational text to the view
  moved bootstrap to separate directory in javascripts/vendor, cause we should load it after all the other scripts.
  moved all libraries to the vendor directory in javascripts
  jesus... indenting code. with spaces only. seriously!
  removed typo
  moved bootstrap to separate asset group
  added sinatra-assetpack
  and because of the in the last commit mentioned url helper method we can happily remove the  hack. isn't it lovely?
  turns out sinatra has an url helper method, so we can get rid of that call env.merge hack on the root_url
  moved every graph into an own view file and cleaned up the visits_js.erb file. now the frontend code makes much more sense to me. enough for today.
