OPSK-1242 sync model types with fairdomhub

moved from directly loadnig from fixtures to re-runnable seeds, and added to the upgrade task.
complication from needing to handle older db's which don't have the acronym for ordinary and partial differential equations included in the title. Update these titles to bring back inline.
