syntax: don't indent switch cases

Case bodies are already indented, so don't double-indent them.

I had originally gone for the double indentation because that's what
some Bash docs and the Google shell style guide show. But there doesn't
seem to be a consensus in general, and the first unix shell books showed
cases without double indentation.
