ui: introduced the --nowm command line option

In this way, QLC+ can be informed when started that no window manager is provided by the system.
On the Raspberry Pi, this avoids to check /proc/cpuinfo that can change in time,
and can also work on other ARM platforms with no WM.
This can also be useful on a desktop version to enable a toolbar quit button (shortcut: CTRL+Alt+Backspace)
