MDEDITOR NOW USED FOR BUILT-IN TC FORMAT 'markdown'

The built-in template controller editor has now been updated to use the
new MdEditor when editing templates identified as format 'markdown'.
There has been a placeholder code-point for this for *years* and now it
finally has been filled.

Still WIP...
