bat: deadcode: remove never used getWorkload()

This function uses "ciao-cli workload show" to return information about
a particular workload. The JSON datastructure that it outputs is
incompatible with the version that the bat.Workload type is defined for
(from "ciao-cli workload list") resulting in this function not being
usable.
