Support for Sanic>=0.5.2

- Their logging strategy changed
- They introduced the path type for routing
- They really should have called this 0.6.0, at least.
- Changes done in a way that retain support for previous versions down
  to Sanic==0.4.0, assuming other packages don't attempt to introduce an
  incompatible path route type.
