EXPERIMENTAL MutationObserver code + 'ra-mo-expandable-max-height'

Added an all-purpose show more/less implementation that works by using
state-of-the-art Mutation Observer code to trigger logic when a certain
class name is added to the DOM. It adds a toggle to enable/disable
max-height.

See code for a usage example.
