Merge pull request #121 from ababic/make-menus-request-aware

- Make menus instances 'request aware' by adding the 'set_request' method and ensuring that it's called from all relevant menu tags
- Add the 'ChildrenMenu' and 'SectionMenu' menu classes, and have them be used by the 'children_menu' and 'section_menu' tags, respectively
- Add settings to allow developers to modify the menu classes used by the 'children_menu' and 'section_menu' tags
- Supply an additional 'request' argument to 'modify_submenu_items' and 'has_submenu_items', raising a warning and trying again without the 'request' argument if the page-type model raises a TypeError
- Have 'MenuPageMixin.modify_submenu_items' supply an additional 'request' argument to 'get_repeated_menu_item', raising a warning and trying again without the 'request' argument if the page-type model raises a TypeError
