Moved ruby-coveralls to Other(String)

Makes it more accurate to what constitutes a CI and doesn't mean useless options are shown to rust users. Additionally the String input allows other unlisted CIs to be added, which is fine as coveralls actually ignores any inputs other than travis-ci, travis-pro and coveralls-ruby
