Use a single CSRF token and do not delete it

- sets cannot be stored in the json sessions flask uses by default
- the single token still provides the same level of security multiple
  tokens do - but it avoids strange cases where people ended up with
  their tokens rejected even though they should have been valid
- log the received/expected token in the (internal) error details
