Improve text track positioning for slim player controls

Backport of #749

Only move text tracks to the top if the info box is visible. If only
the player controls are visible, translate the text tracks a bit
vertically to prevent collision.

Watch computed styles instead of trying to recreate CSS transition
timing in sagas.
