Server: Fix issue setting compiler path in macOS

The Arduino application path in macOS has to be expanded inside the app
bundle, so when the server tries to set a new compiler path in macOS and
sees a different path in the settings than what was originally set by the
request it thinks that it failed to set the new path correctly.
This commit fixes that.
