Fix installation problem on python-3.5

Apparently on python-3.5 packages are required to include directories
for all namespace packages they declare, but `setup.py bdist`
specifically ignores `__init__.py` files in such packages. Therefore
empty directory is not included in binary distribution.

Workaround is to include any other file there. README.txt works well for
that cause.

Fixes #55.
