[service][read][memory] Query in batch #9

- previously read service run query one by one in endpoint instead of
service, this result in logging multiple times
  - [ ] TODO: it might be a better idea to add logging in endpoint #6
- change the interface, mark `QueryIntSeries` as deprecated
- Cassandra's read implementation is now just empty, it will panic if
called
