added the NativeVariable Variables

the NativeVariable allow to inject a reference of a variable in the
context without te need to subclass Variable.

- IntegerVariable(context_name)
- BooleanVariable(context_name)
- StringVariable(context_name)
- SetVariable(context_name)
- DateTimeVariable(context_name, [formats])
- DateVariable(context_name, [formats])

add some sample code to see booleano in action.
added string inequality and logical operation. it work now as python string
