feat(combineEpics): Adds new combineEpics
combineEpics has api parity with redux-observable
Unfortunately my method of adding ofType to the subject passed into the
epic does not add the method to all observables. Rather then modifying
the prototype globally, ofType will be exposed and will need to be
imported by the user and bound to the actions stream.

BREAKING CHANGE: Removes ofType method from actions stream
