Commit Message

Fix issue with wrapping limits incorrectly treated as fixed row heights.

After recent refactoring, "wrap_header_cells_to" and "wrap_body_cells_to", when
passed, non-nil values were treated as though the number of rows printed
had to be that number even if that was more than required to accommodate
the cell contents.
