Transfer post physical testing (#228)

* places touch-tips after air-gap and blow-out; updates tests; dispense() defaults to location.top()

* removes bug where mix_after was occuring twice

* air_gap height defaults to 5mm

* fixes bug with move_to including other instrument's max calibrations, making Z move up higher than necessary

* fixes test for touch_tip

* removes print statements

* saves containers with OrderedDict to make sure wells save in correct order

* adds tests

* adds optional homing after drop_tip
