Commit Message

Drop dependency on zope.app.rotterdam

Because it can't be used with z3c.pt, because z3c.pt doesn't make sure
the 'macroname' variable is defined like zope.tal does.

Also further reduce the number of packages we need to the minimum, and
be sure that they're listed in tests_require with appropriate versions.
