Matching patterns used for getCaseParties()

**POTENTIAL BREAKING CHANGE**
* `CourtbotError.case` variable name changed to
`CourtbotError.casenumber` to avoid potential reserved word conflicts

This passes all unit tests in the `courtbot-engine` module. Are there
any current dependencies?

**Other Changes**
* constructor function naming convention: Changed `courtbotError` to
`CourtbotError`
* Updated `events.js` --> `getCasePartyEvents()` to match simplified
patterns
* Added `wrap()` utility function to `courtbotError.js`
* Added unit tests for `wrap()` to `courtbotError.test.js`
* Updated `events.js` --> `getCaseParties(), getCasePartyEvents()` to
use `CourtbotError.wrap()`
