Commit Message

Improved autodetection of plugins

- split files detecting and handling logic:
  - already loaded files [NEW]
  - files from load path
  - files from gems
- take over NameConverter methods that did not belong there

Cleanup:
- bump default ruby to 2.4
- use Minitest::Reporters::SpecReporter by default
- change all test `it`'s to use symbols instead of strings

Travis tests:
- remove old rubies
- always update bundler before using it
