implement a first version of cwd migration code

In a future version we should probably approach this slightly
differently. Some ideas include but are not limited to:
* Tackle migration of dynamically generated files (e.g.,
  supervisord.conf and the Cuckoo configuration).
* Force the user to run "cuckoo migrate" and have the migrate
  utility include configuration migrates & CWD migrations.
* Run a diff(1) on the modified files for additional clarity
  to the user (what about Windows systems?)

Also gets rid of some superfluous __init__.py files.
