Cleanup Publishable Mixin

Changes:
- Fixed ‘PublishableTrait::publishDateStatus()’ returning “pending” instead of “upcoming”;
- Added constants for the default statuses;
- Fixed handling of special statuses;
- Improved handling of date/time values;
- Cleanup Publishable documentation;
- Updated unit tests (added mock class);
