Added descriptions to all generator config files
Updated bower and npm dependencies
Removed Backbone from Backbone + React:
- Backbone Router is no the only thing used with React
- NO more loading of backbone react component

Updated IE conditional comments to be more declarative and consistant across all templates
removed `Underscore` callout for Lo-dash option in generator as it could cause confusion
Added ability to use lo-dash for server templates
changed folder from `views` to `components` when using react
Added serverCheck helper module to help detect if you are running code in node or on the client
Added the ability to use the --folder option on most subgenerators
