Commit Message

- In Base.php, the message when duplicating a model from localize UI relies on $input->locale for pointing the locale that this copy will be localized. But $input->locale is the original locale, so the message now says that the user may begin localizing FROM that locale.
- More Brazilian Portuguese strings
- Javascripts needs re-compiling
- Look into RedirectRules controller. We did a different approach on localizing the title and description than in Elements controller
- TODO: localize input fields, auth related views and emails.
